About

The Office of Space Management was created in 2013 to manage strategic space planning for the Health Sciences facilities, coordinate project and construction management, act as a liaison with Facilities Management, address space needs, and maintain an accurate inventory of all space within the Health Sciences. The Department falls under the Senior Vice Chancellor of the Health Sciences, Office of Administration, and it manages the Health Sciences space only.

What We Do

The Office of Space Management is committed to maximizing the effective and efficient use of space owned by or leased to the Schools of the Health Sciences.  We collaborate with numerous departments and divisions, and we assist with a variety of Health Science initiatives, analyzing room-by-room spatial data in an integrated approach to plan, manage and allocate space within a landscape that is constantly changing.
